Marketing of the new clinic and grand opening plans should align to a more individualised approach focused on improving the health and integrity of skin. It needed to promote the benefits of treatments, while inviting people to start their own skin journey, with a direct call out to the Refine Skin difference, one that touches beyond the surface.

Brand objective

Increase brand advocacy of exisiting clients, with Refine Skin as their preferred skin treatment clinic, whilst raising awareness of the health and integrity of skin.
